Excitement filled my heart and mind as I watched the beautiful eyes of my huntress daughter, Faith, as she focused on the incoming ducks during our first duck hunting trip together, as we shoot out of a pit-blind in the ricefields of Stuttgart, AK. The weather is cold but not too cold and the hunts were to be long remembered.

I bought this picture (2024) for my youngest daughter, Faith. She and I were in a duck blind in Stuttgart, Arkansas on a very cold morning with ducks flying everywhere. She is so beautiful in this picture, and I know I’m prejudice, as she looks out and up for the incoming ducks. She and I so loved hunting and fishing together as she was growing up.
