Description
Back when rail traffic was so important in American history this was the railroad hotel up on the hill above the railroad tracks that ran from Atlanta to the west and Augusta to the east in Union Point Georgia. Not sure of what the name of it was back then but it looks over Union Point from a lofty hill on the north side of the railroad tracks. What great history this important building in the town must have had. Can't you just see the people sitting on the porches that stretch around this historic hotel late in the afternoon or early morning? What a great meeting place this must have been.
