The rest of the Story....
I had a Christian air conditioner contractor installing 2 new A/C's for me here in Kapolei, HI and he fell in love with this image. Well, the Lord was putting it on my heart to just give it to him and my wife spoke up as he walked out the door and said, Why don't you just give it to him? That was conformation enough for me and so I did. He couldn't believe it. My replacement Metal Print is on its way to grace our living space once again. God is soooo Good! There were about eleven people here to see this. I was by myself. You can't make this up but you have to wake up and go out of your way, without sleep or whatever it takes to be there when this shows up. This image was three years in the making....Enjoy! Buy it for someone you love!
Fred W. Symmes Chapel (also known as "Pretty Place" because of its amazing view) is one of the many buildings that make up YMCA Camp Greenville. It was given by Mr. Fred W. Symmes for the enjoyment of the boys and girls who camp here each summer and is the spiritual center of the camp.
The current chapel was constructed in 1941 with several additions and improvements made in subsequent years including major upgrades made in 2012.
The Chapel is located on private property owned by the YMCA Camp Greenville (a branch of the YMCA of Greenville, SC). Camp Greenville has been in existence since 1912 and covers 1400 acres. It is a year-round operation serving as a Summer Camp, Environmental Education Center, Group & Conference Center, and wedding venue.
