Thomas Cotton Gin....by Reid Callaway
Continental Ginning Systems
Wedding Venue Architectural Art
This image is of the Thomas Cotton Gin and was taken on a wonderful partly cloudy day. The historic cotton gin sits behind the famous Hot Thomas Barbecue on Hwy 15 between Watkinsville and Greensboro, Georgia. The Continental Ginning Systems was used here for years to gin cotton and remains part of the aura around this cotton gin building that is also a part of a wedding venue, complete with a cotton field planted out back. Enjoy!
