My wife and I left Aiken South Carolina and drove straight to Dry Falls in Highlands North Carolina. It is always a treat to visit this waterfall. I always carry a small plastic grocery bag with me. Pro tip - Bring two plastic grocery bags if you come with a big camera. One bag is to cover your camera as you walk under the falls, the second bag is given to the first rookie to the falls you see with no bag, you will make their day.
