I guess you could say this in the pineapple capital of the world but I might be wrong. What a beautiful day for me to photograph Dole Plantation near Wahiawa where I currently live on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. The highway road cuts thru the middle of the Dole Plantation as you head north to the renown beaches of The North Shore in Oahu, Hawaii. Since this image was captured I've moved back to the mainland USA!
Dole Plantation was originally operated as a fruit stand beginning in 1950, Dole Plantation opened to the public as Hawaii’s “Pineapple Experience” in 1989. Today, Dole Plantation is one of Oahu’s most popular visitor attractions and welcomes more than one million visitors a year.
